Manufacturing employees are put through a mandatory induction course that predominantly focuses on Health and Safety.
The company has installed PLC controlled dust collectors and wet scrubbers for effective pollution control among all plants. Superior plant design and engineering controls protect our workers from occupational exposure to Lead, including fugitive emissions. We have Licenses from the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) & Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB).
We have strict codes of plant hygiene and practice for our workforce and management personnel. They are regularly sensitized about the need to maintain high standards of hygiene in the plant. The required education & training is imparted to them from time to time. Facilities and protective equipments are also provided to the workforce to protect them from any fatal accidents.
